HOW TO SELL

Pack up your items neatly in a bag, box, or bin! We buy clothes everyday from open to an hour before we close, that’s Monday through Saturday 10am to 7pm & Sundays from 12pm to 5pm. No appointment required, just walk in! We ask that you limit your items to no more than 2 containers per day

Bring in your gently used & new items!

We are looking for current trends, styles, vintage & one of a kind items. Please bring items clean and ready to sell. We do not do additional cleaning or repairs to items before selling them. Trades are completed same day, once it’s ready you’ll receive a text.

A buyer will look at what you bring

Get cash on the spot!

We pay cash or in-store credit for items we can use in the store, you get the choice! Anything we can’t use will be returned or you can choose to donate it. Donated items are sent to “Greater Goods,” where proceeds are shared with Cancer Support Community of East Tennessee.

We buy Women’s and Men’s clothing, accessories, & shoes in good condition! Current styles, everyday staples, vintage clothing, & unique finds are all things we look for. It is our goal to buy only the most sought after, current brands and trends in excellent condition for you to enjoy! There are thousands of brands we buy, it’s impossible to list all of them but here’s a quick guide to help you sell your clothes.

we look for items to be current within the past 3 years, or old enough to be considered retro or vintage (20 years old or more)

When in doubt bring it in! We’d love to take a look at everything you have!

 FAQs

  • Most of our customers are teen to middle aged men & women, but the brands and styles we carry are attractive to anyone that wears current styles.

  • Our prices are a percentage of original retail, and are increased or decreased based on condition, age, brand recognition, and other factors. We don’t have a set percentage, but it can range from 25%-55% of our retail price.

  • We limit the amount each customer brings to 50 items. This helps us give each customer the attention their trade deserves while simultaneously keeping our staff healthy & fully trained.

  • In short, we buy what we think will sell in our store. You may have some incredible items with the tags still on them, but if they aren’t items we feel our customers are looking for, we will respectfully pass on them. We provide a general checklist of reasons we may have passed on your items with every trade, but feel free to ask the buyer directly for more information.

  • We carry women’s sizes 00-22 and XXS-XXL

    We carry men’s sizes 26-42 and XS-XXXL

  • We buy current and sought after clothing and accessories. Some of the things our buyers look for are:

    1. Brands. Think name brands sold in malls and shopping centers. We also buy designer, one of a kind and vintage items.

    2. Condition. Items should be in excellent, like new condition (unless vintage). We don’t do additional cleaning or repairs, so make sure everything you bring is ready to sell.

    3. Age. Aside from timeless items like khakis and while button downs, most items need to be no more than 3 years old for resale. Items from the year 2000 or older are considered retro / vintage, and are currently desirable.

  • Donated items are sent to “Greater Goods,” where proceeds are shared with Cancer Support Community of East Tennessee.
