how it works:
Planet Xchange has provided name brand, one-of-a-kind items to our community for 20+ years, and we are ready to give back! With each Restyle Box, you receive 4-6 stylish items that are picked specifically for you by one of our Restylists, and each Box is shipped to you at no obligation whatsoever!
When will my account be charged?
Our relationship begins when your Restyle Box is ordered. At that time, your credit card will be charged $25 (the amount of the Restyle Box discount).
From that time on, your personal Restylist is busy preparing your order. Each Restyle Box is unique, and personally chosen just for you. Because we are choosing from pre-loved and recycled items – no 2 are alike.
7 business days after you receive your Restyle Box, your account will be charged only for those items kept, and your $25 will be credited towards your purchases. If no items are kept, simply request a free shipping label, and return them within 7 days. Once received, your $25 will be refunded back to you.
Restyle Box Return Policy
We hope you love everything in your Restyle Box, but in the event you would like to return an item, we make it simple.
- Request a shipping label from us here: Shipping Label Request Form
- Ship item(s) through any US Post Office or USPS mailbox no later than 7 business days after receiving them.
If no items are returned or postmarked within 7 business days, we’ll assume you love all your items and would like to keep them, and your account will be charged for the full box amount with the 25% Restyle Box Discount.
We do our best to provide you with the most “restylish” items available, at prices way below retail. One of the ways we are able to achieve this is by buying & selling items in bulk. We also limit our costs (and yours) by shipping multiple items at a time. Please keep in mind that if any items are returned for any reason, we will be unable to include the 25% Restyle Box discount.
