Hello,
I have some nice shorts that I thought you would be interested in, they are from Brooks Brothers but I have had them a while but rarely worn. I have also a Levi’s tee shirt that is new that I just do not like. Let me know if this could be a worthwhile trip. Are you in a shopping center. Thanks.

Most of our customers look for high end, hip & trendy brands like Abercrombie & Fitch, Lucky, Free People, J. Crew & Brooks Brothers.Levis is a brand that we also accept, depending upon style. Everything we accept must be in excellent condition, currently in season and no older than 2-3 years. Items can be folded neatly or on hangers, and must be freshly laundered and relatively wrinkle free.
An experienced buyer will examine your items, and if we can use them, we will offer you cash on the spot or trade credit. The amount we offers varies, based on many different qualifiers. You can expect to get more than you would if you were to sell them yourself, but less than you originally paid.

What about American Eagle? Is that a brand u readily accept?
You should post on your web site that you only trade until seven pm and stay open until eight . I checked the web site and could not find anything that noted a cut off time . I understand the resonance for it . However I drove twenty minutes and was in the store at 7:10 and was turned away .
Yes, American Eagle is one of our best selling brands.

I just recieved an awesome coupon along with my recycle rewards. Can I shop online? I live just outside of Philadelphia so shopping in-store in Knoxville is probably out of the question. If I can’t shop online, why did I get the coupon?

I am sorry it took a couple of days to reply, but the answer is yes. Bostonian is a brand that we buy, sell & trade. Of course, it depends on other factors as well, such as condition, size, inventory levels. Just bring them in & we’ll give you a price.

I have a question, it says the limit is 26 items max, I have maybe close to 100 items, is there anyway i could bring them in, im pretty sure you want be able use them all but some of them haven’t even been worn

The limit is actually 25, and we do not vary from this. It helps keep the trade flow fair to all who come in, and to the buyers on duty.
I would recommend bringing your best & most qualified (i.e., fall & light winter) items in the first day, and so on.
